If you are wanting to give Notice of Intention to Leave from a property you are currently renting from Ray White Rural Chinchilla please print off the document located below. Complete the document by answering all questions and having all other tenants on the lease of the property sign. Return to the Ray White Rural Chinchilla office by post or in person at 71 Heeney Street Chinchilla. Alternatively you can fax the completed form to (07) 4669 1912
